Plan B Hospitality Consulting is led by Roger Young, founder and President. A 31-year veteran of the hospitality industry, Mr. Young worked his way through food & beverage, operations, sales & marketing and into the executive level as a corporate lodging consultant.

Mr. Young founded Plan B Hospitality Consulting to bring real solutions to the hospitality industry. Mr. Young developed his consulting service to support hotel owners with their unique issues and bring them closer to their goals while upholding brand standards.
