 Roger Young, founder Plan B Hospitality Consulting, is an allied member of the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA). The AAHOA has been one of the leading voices in the hotel business since 1989 and boasts more than 9,300 plus members who own 22,000 hotels worth $60 billion.

The Asian American Hotel Owners Association is led by Chairman Tarun Patel, Vice Chairman Chandra Kant “C.K.” Patel, President Fred Schwartz, Secretary Alkesh Patel.” Patel and Treasurer Hemant D. Patel. These officers work with a board of directors to direct industry initiatives in leadership, professional development in the hotel business and community involvement. American Hotel & Lodging Educational Foundation.

 Roger Young, founder Plan B Hospitality Consulting, holds a post as a member of the Research Committee of the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Foundation (AH&LEF). The American Hotel & Lodging Educational Foundation is the not-for-profit affiliate of the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA). The American Hotel & Lodging Educational Foundation has been providing financial support for educational and research programs in the hospitality industry for more than 50 years.
