During my tenure as a Best Western Owner, I have had many opportunities to work with Mr. Roger Young.
My first dealings with Mr. Young were as the Regional Service Manager for my property while he was
employed by Best Western International. He was always very helpful in assisting my property during his
visits with many aspects of my operation ranging from quality assurance to training to marketing.
Whenever I needed some assistance with a general concern or a Best Western concern, he was ready and
available to assist in any manner possible. During the three year renovation process of my property, Mr.
Young's advice was very instrumental in the successful completion of all renovations, including
compliance with the Best Western Design Excellence program well ahead of schedule.

his. I wanted to take advantage of his many skills he had shown me while he was my Best Western RSM. I
